Oslo, 6 October 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the “Company”) on 6 May 2026, regarding the successful placement of a new 5-year senior unsecured bond issue of USD 400 million with ISIN NO0013750828 (“BNOR18”).
In connection with the contemplated listing of the BNOR18 Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs, the Company has prepared a listing prospectus which was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway on 6 October 2026 (the "Prospectus").

The Company expects to submit an application to Euronext Oslo Børs for the listing of the BNOR18 bonds shortly.
Admission to listing is subject to approval by Euronext Oslo Børs.
